AI and Human Review

Effective 26 October 2026

Truvasse uses AI to assist authorised reviewers, not to replace their judgment. This page sets out what AI may and may not do, and where the human decision always sits.

Purpose

Truvasse may use AI-assisted features to summarize governed information, explain supported findings, organize evidence, and help authorized reviewers navigate cases. AI assistance is subordinate to the underlying evidence and governed forensic record.

What AI May Do

AI may summarize case facts, explain findings in plain language, help draft permitted narrative in Smart Notes, and assist navigation or review where the feature is designed and authorized.

What AI May Not Do

AI may not sign or attest on behalf of a human; silently create a human observation; change evidence, forensic findings, readiness, or decisions; convert uncertainty into certainty; or independently Accept/Reject a case or make the customer's final consequential decision.

Verification

Users must verify material AI-assisted content against the underlying evidence and governed findings. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or context-dependent.

High-Impact Use

Customers must assess whether laws governing automated decision systems, employment, lending, insurance, healthcare, education, consumer reporting, or other significant decisions apply to their workflow and must implement required notices, assessments, opt-outs, human review, or appeal/correction procedures.
