Marketing Communications
Effective 26 October 2026
This page explains how Truvasse handles marketing email: honest sending, a clear way to opt out, and how marketing stays separate from the operational messages that keep a case moving.
Commercial Email
Truvasse marketing communications should use accurate sender information and non-deceptive subject lines, clearly identify the commercial nature where required, include a valid physical postal address, and provide a clear way to opt out of future marketing.
Opt-Out
Marketing opt-out requests should be honored promptly and within legally required timeframes. Suppression records may be retained so that an opted-out address is not inadvertently re-added.
Transactional Messages
Security alerts, account notices, evidence-request messages, receipts, and other transactional/relationship messages should remain operationally distinct from promotional campaigns where practicable.
Global Outreach
Before marketing into a new country or region, Truvasse should evaluate local direct-marketing and e-privacy rules rather than assuming U.S. CAN-SPAM rules are sufficient.
